1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the Casely platform and its users.
By using the Platform you accept these terms.
2. Description of the service
Casely is a software platform designed for managing legal cases, documentation, and professional activities.
The Platform does not provide legal advice and does not replace the professional legal responsibility of its users.
3. Account registration
The user is required to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep their access credentials confidential
- Immediately report any unauthorised access to their account
The user is responsible for all activities carried out from their account.
4. User responsibilities
The user is solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and lawfulness of data entered into the system
- Compliance with personal data protection regulations
- Professional responsibility towards their clients
Casely assumes no responsibility for content entered by the user.
5. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability
- Complete absence of technical errors
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casely is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business losses.
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to Casely.
The user is granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Platform.
7. Subscription and payment
If the Platform introduces a subscription:
- Prices will be clearly indicated
- Subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with the stated rules
- Non-payment may result in account suspension
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of:
- Breach of these terms
- Unlawful use
- Compromising the security of the system
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Belgrade, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
